I'm not sure how much they are selling this property for, but I think it is around $2.5 million!
I think the curtains in the kitchen are fab!
I'm a big fan of pretty romans and hollands.
The dining room was a huge let down, no thought put into this room. Even the light fittings look out of place... Well at least it is large for a future owner to transform leading out to the outdoor entertaining area like it does!
And there was nothing heritage about the bathroom!

From its early beginnings as a single storey cottage this distinguished St John Street property became in 1897, at the instigation of Lady Gormanston wife of the then Governor of Tasmania, the Queen Victoria Hospital for Women.
Described by the media at the time as “a work of the people” the hospital was in part made possible by the generosity of businesses and community minded individuals which included a fund raising concert at the Albert Hall and public donations of sheets, blankets and furniture.
49 babies were born at the property in the first year!
