Making the 2011 Dean's List, and therefore Beauty School's official predictions for top 15 at Miss Universe 2011, are, in random order: Trinidad and Tobago; Panama; South Africa; Malaysia; Poland; Japan; Haiti; Israel: Greece; France; Finland; Ghana; Egypt; Brazil; and China.
The Dean's List does not include the Donald's or MUO's picks or the fan favorite. Miss Universe 2011 will mark the third time the contest has been held in South America. The first two times saw the crowning of a native English-speaker from a former British colony - Canada in 1982 and Australia in 2004. It seems that South America becomes Anglophile when Miss Universe is held on its soil. Will the third time be the trick or the charm? What will happen in Sao Paulo?
